Zebit, Inc. (“Zebit” “we” “our” “us”) respects its user’s (“you” “your”) privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this Online Privacy Policy (this “Policy”). We have prepared this Policy to explain how we collect, use, protect, and disclose your information and data when you use Zebit by accessing our website and utilizing our services (collectively known as “Services”). We may automatically collect information regarding the actions you take while using the Services. For example, each time you use the Services, we may automatically collect the type of web browser you use, your operating system, your IP address, the pages you view, and the time and duration of your visits to our websites. Cookies

By attempting to register for an account with us, you are applying for consumer credit. 2.2. To improve our Services.

We use your information to provide and improve the Services. This may including using your information to contact you, process transactions, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, customize the Services, and verify the accuracy of the information.

2.3 To provide relevant marketing to you.

We may use your information to deliver targeted marketing and promotional offers to you. We do not allow third parties to serve ads to you through our Services and we do not share your information with any other third parties for advertising purposes. Our use of your information for marketing is only for our own internal marketing purposes.

We may disclose aggregated information about our users, that does not identify any one individual, to third parties without restriction. We do not disclose your PII to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We may disclose the information we collect from you, including your PII, for our everyday business purposes.   1. TRANSFER OF YOUR INFORMATION.

If Zebit is merged, acquired, or sold, or in the event of some or all of our assets, we may disclose or transfer your PII, other information we collect, or automatically collected information in connection with such transaction. You will have the opportunity to opt-out of any such transfer if, in our discretion, it will result in the handling of any information in a way that differs materially from this Policy.

  1. CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 13.

Our Services are not intended for children under 13 years of age. No one under the age of 13 may provide any personal information to us through the Services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 13, do not use the Services or provide any personal information to us through our website. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information.   1. DATA SECURITY.

We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards designed to secure your PII, other information we collect, or automatically collected information from accidental loss, and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. You are responsible to keeping your password confidential and we ask you not to share it with anyone. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the Internet and mobile platform is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your information, we cannot completely guarantee the security of your PII, other information we collect, or automatically collected information. Any transmission of information is at your own risk and we are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy of security measures we provide.

  1. ACCESS TO YOUR INFORMATION.

You can review your account at any time by logging in and going to My Zebit Account. You may also send us an email at help@zebit.com to supplement, correct, or delete any personal information that you have provided us. We will honor your request to close your account with us at any time, but we will keep your PII in our database to comply with our legal obligations. If you close your account, we will not use your PII for any further purposes, except to service any outstanding obligations you may have with us, nor will it be shared with or sold to third parties.

  1. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY.

We may change this Policy from time to time. If we decide to change this policy, we will inform you by posting the revised Policy on the site. Those changes will go into effect on the “Revised” date shown on the Policy. If we make material changes to how we treat your information, we will notify you at the email associated with your account. By continuing to use our Services, you are consenting to the revised Policy.
